Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 Residential Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. This role involves providing care and support to children, developing care plans tailored to their individual needs, and ensuring their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Key Person Responsibility:

Provide a secure and nurturing relationship for a designated group of children, monitoring their well-being and progress.

Child Development & Learning:

Plan and deliver engaging activities based on children's needs and interests to foster social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.

Observation & Assessment:

Observe children, assess their progress, and maintain records (e.g., learning journals) to inform future planning.

Care & Welfare:

Provide consistent and high-quality daily care, including feeding, nappy changes, and ensuring the children's safety and well-being.

Parent/Carer Partnership:

Communicate regularly with parents and carers about their child's progress, needs, and interests to build strong partnerships.

Safeguarding:

Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for children.

Environment:

Contribute to creating a clean, safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that encourages play and learning.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 18,315.00-43,721.06 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
