Nursery Room Leader

Role Overview:

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of educators in your designated room. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality early years education, ensuring that every child's individual needs are met. You will be a role model, providing guidance and support to junior staff and ensuring our nursery's policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate your team in the delivery of high-quality early years education. Ensure the room's daily operations run smoothly and in accordance with nursery policies. Monitor children's progress and plan activities to support their developmental milestones. Foster strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress. Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both children and staff. Lead by example, ensuring a high standard of care and education is maintained at all times.

What We Are Looking For:

Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (required). Experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Passion for delivering outstanding care and education.

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
