to continue delivering outstanding care.
The Role
As a
Children's Residential Care Worker
, you'll be central to creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment for young people. Our home is beautifully furnished with a large garden and modern fixtures , a true home, not an institution. You'll bring compassion, consistency, and care to help us deliver the
best possible outcomes
for our young people.
Hours & Pay:
40 hours per week plus sleep-in shifts
Sleep-in shifts paid at 50 per night
12.96/hour for unqualified staff
14.06/hour for qualified staff (Level 3 or 4 in CYP Residential Care)
12-month fixed term
contract with the
possibility of extension

Who We're Looking For:
You'll be:
Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
Excited to work with an established and values-driven provider
Committed to your own development and supporting others
Flexible with shifts (including weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, and sleep-ins)
A strong advocate for inclusion and equality
Qualified to Level 3 or 4
in Children & Young People's Residential Care (or working towards it)
