We are looking for those who are seeking a career as a Full Stack Developer.

About The Apprenticeship Role



This is an office-based role requiring at least 37.5 hours over five days a week.

During this programme, you will spend 80% of your time gaining practical, real-world experience in a small customer-focused business. Where possible your work will be scheduled to maximise utilisation and enhancement of the skills gained from your formal learning. Your hands-on work tasks will include:

Coding in PHP and Javascript MySQL database admin Maintaining HTML/CSS Designing and maintaining UIs Improving UX Building APIs Version control and change management Unit testing
You will dedicate the remaining 20% of your time to the Apprenticeship studies, working with a National Training Provider to support your qualification.

Once you have finished the apprenticeship programme we hope you will want to continue your career with us.

About You



You will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, which must include English and Maths. You should have a general interest in computing in particular how IT can bring efficiencies to how people work. You should be inquisitive and have a keenness to continually learn. You should have an existing understanding of coding and a keenness to develop code used in real-world applications. You should be willing to communicate, share your thoughts and concerns, willing to contribute ideas and accept rejections, and willing to show initiative. You should be adaptable to a dynamic working environment and willing to accept fast-paced change. You must have a valid UK residency status or you must have been ordinarily resident within the UK for the previous 3 years to the start of the apprenticeship A knowledge or interest in sport would be helpful.
Education is important, but we are most interested in you. If you don't have the grades but feel you would still be the best candidate, apply and don't be afraid to sell yourself.
