Liability Claims Handler

Job Description

We currently have a full time position at our Mold Office for a Liability Claims Handler.

This will involve handling own portfolio of employers, public liability and products liability claims with appropriate referral to Branch Manager and Resident Partner.

Desktop investigation of those claims with appropriate reporting to clients.

Liaison with various industry partners eg brokers.

Settlement of claims under management within prescribed authority limits.

Attendance at client meetings (in person and/or remote)

While previous experience of handling/investigating liability claims is not a mandatory requirement, applications from candidates having such experience is preferred and will be prioritised.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate an ability to correspond in a professional manner, secure information as part of the investigation process and exhibit an attention to detail.

Successful applicants will be asked to attend for interview at the Mold office.
