You will be part of an inspiring Libraries team, contributing to the delivery of an innovative community-driven library service. You will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive range of excellent customer-focused services, promoting the aims of the library service.



You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop positive working relationships and be able to deal with varied situations in a pragmatic and supportive manner. You will have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver the range of services we provide.



Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of frontline staff across the Winsford area (Winsford and Wharton libraries), welcoming and assisting customers with queries, providing varied digital support, operating library management systems, identifying and developing links with the community and providing and taking part in a full range of activities for adults and children to help encourage library use and promote reading.

If so, we are looking to recruit a Team Leader to fill a position at Winsford and Wharton libraries. This is a permanent 37 hour per week position.



Interviews will take place on Wednesday 20th August at Wharton Library.
