The Glasgow School of Art Library is looking to appoint a
Library Desk Assistant
to work within the Library Services Department 17.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Working with the wider Library team (Collections, Learning Technology and User Services) to support key activities by undertaking any or all of a wide range of duties to ensure that all users are able to make effective use of the library and its resources.
You will have good ICT skills and have previous experience of working in libraries and customer service environments. Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to manage your workload independently and as an effective member of a team.
