Job Description

A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy and established property team. This opportunity is suited to a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience and a strong background in managing a varied residential caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfers of equity, adverse possession claims and more complex transactions Maintain a high standard of client care and communication throughout the transaction process Ensure compliance with Law Society and CQS standards, including full adherence to the firm's case management and quality procedures Participate in team-wide marketing and business development initiatives Make effective use of the firm's case management systems and internal processes

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer Minimum 4 years' PQE within residential conveyancing Ability to handle a varied caseload independently Excellent client communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
