Job Summary


The Licensed Trade Charity Receptionist is a busy and varied role as the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors to the Charity and LVS Ascot School. The Charity Receptionist provides a calm, welcoming and professional service to visitors, including Trustees, parents, children and staff.


This role requires good organization, prioritization and communication skills including the ability to manage calls and visitors at the same time. This role also includes administrative support as needed. Experience with Microsoft Office is required.


This is a job share role, including covering the booked holiday of your job share partner. A uniform is provided.
