We're currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Uddingston Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in a role that's all about creating great first impressions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing

Offering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
Keeping our reception area tidy, organised, and presentable
Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
Organising courier collections and deliveries
Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role is ideal
Friendly, approachable and confident communicator
Professional and well-presented with excellent people skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A flexible approach to support holiday and sickness cover

Our Benefits
Competitive Salary: 12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)
Hours: 21.5 hours per week - Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
