What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated and compassionate individuals who are:

Qualified in counselling, psychotherapy, coaching, or related fields Experienced in delivering training or workshops Confident working independently and managing their own clients or courses Interested in building and promoting their own online content Must be BACP registered Reliable, empathetic, and aligned with our values of respect, integrity, and empowerment

Your Role

As a part of our small team, you'll have the freedom and flexibility to:

Deliver online counselling sessions or coaching to clients (remotely) Design and host your own online courses or workshops on topics you're passionate about Collaborate with the team on group programmes or events Grow your practice within a supportive, creative environment
