Summary



We are seeking a Life Enrichment & Wellbeing Manager to join our team . This is a strategic role, ideal for a

qualified physiotherapist

who is passionate about enhancing lives through rehabilitation, engagement, and holistic wellbeing. You'll work across our group of luxury care homes to design and deliver outstanding enrichment programmes, lead a multidisciplinary team, and embed wellbeing into the fabric of care.

Responsibilities



Lead the development and delivery of resident wellbeing and rehabilitation programmes Support and mentor our Personal Trainer teams across all homes Deliver direct physiotherapy services as clinically required Embed wellbeing as a core part of care planning and culture Support homes in CQC readiness and inspection preparation (especially "Well-led" and "Responsive" domains) Lead group-wide initiatives like Stroke Support, Falls Prevention Week, and Nutrition & Hydration campaigns Collaborate with marketing to share powerful resident stories and success outcomes Build strong community partnerships to enrich residents' lived experiences Foster a positive environment that encourages participation in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments based on resident feedback and outcomes. Coordinate with families to involve them in the enrichment process and keep them informed about activities. Train and support staff in delivering high-quality life enrichment experiences.

Requirements (Essential):



HCPC-registered Physiotherapist At least 3 years' clinical experience, ideally with older adults or in rehabilitation Proven ability to design and evaluate therapy programmes with measurable outcomes Confident leader with supervisory experience Inspiring communicator and collaborator Flexible, autonomous, and comfortable working across multiple locations

Desirable:



Experience in a care home or high-end residential setting Extensive knowledge of CQC frameworks and standards Experience in wellbeing, activity planning, or engagement outside clinical settings
