Job Description
We are seeking a sales-oriented and experienced Protection Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, as this is a fully remote work-from-home position. At least two years experience is life insurance sales is essential.
Responsibilities
Receiving live telephone transfers from clients and guiding them through protection options tailored to their specific needs. Coordinating with insurance providers and keeping up to date of changes within the industry. Collaborating with team members to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and strategising on how to effectively meet company goals. Timely and accurate entry of data into company software.
Skills
The ability to communicate effectively via telephone. A thorough knowledge of the industry and the broad range of protection products available. Proficient in using standard office software applications, including CRM systems and spreadsheet tools. Able to self-motivate and prioritise workload efficiently.
