About the Role:

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will engage with clients over the phone, offering tailored services to meet their unique insurance needs. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and are seeking candidates who share our commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

Confidence: Ability to engage clients effectively and build trust. Excellent Telephone Manner: Professional and personable communication skills. Resilience and Determination: Persistent and goal-oriented mindset. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in life insurance advising.
What We Offer:

Comprehensive Training: Full and ongoing insurance training to enhance your expertise. Quality Hotkeys: 8 - 10 fully qualified hotkeys per day to support your success (No cold calling). Basic salary of 28,000 - 32,000 (depending on experience) with uncapped Commissions: Realistic earnings of 1,000 per week, with top earners achieving over 1,500 per week, paid weekly. Supportive Team Environment: Opportunity to speak with current team members to gain insights into the role.
28 days holiday per annum (including Christmas shutdown).

Monday to Thursday: 09:30 AM - 6:30 PM Friday: 09:30 AM - 4:00 PM
