Previous Contact Centre Experience helpful, but not essential but must be willing to work in a pressured environment and happy to work towards regular targets.
Must be a passionate team player who is company minded and can adapt to the needs of the campaign whenever required.
Responsibilities/Main Duties:
Assessing the need of the individual and providing financial advice on life protection policies.
Demonstrating good call quality at all times.
Working closely with the team manager.
Working towards and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Generating referrals from our clients for mortgage and pension leads.
Must demonstrate good knowledge of objection handling and closing/sales techniques to ensure the data is utilized correctly.
At times, the role may require the candidate to work with the team manager to identify training issues on the team and help coach and improve other agents.
Working well in a team environment to help ensure the campaign goes above and beyond daily/weekly/monthly targets.
