Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance products, building relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met through tailored insurance solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse client requirements effectively. Multiple roles available across various financial products at both senior and junior level.

What you will be doing

Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for various insurance related products Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance Supporting customers with professionalism and care. Adhere to FCA regulations, data protection, and internal policies, staying updated to ensure compliance. Comfortable navigating contact centre systems and processes, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

We don't require any previous experience as we offer on-site training & coaching and will support you throughout. You will be ambitious. Pay: 25,000.00-55,000.00 per year
