Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote our lift maintenance and repair services Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research Create and present compelling proposals for lift maintenance contracts Conduct site surveys and assessments to accurately quote for maintenance contracts Work closely with our service team to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and opportunities
Requirements:

Proven sales experience, in the lift industry or related field Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail Build upon the familiarity and understanding of relevant industry regulations and safety standards Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to adapt to a fast-paced exciting, dynamic work environment Technical aptitude and ability to understand lift systems and maintenance requirements Valid driving license and willingness to travel Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite 4 GCSE qualifications or equivalent Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
