Lift Technician / Lead Lift Engineer - M3 & M4 Corridor | Surrey & Berkshire

Up to 50,000 + NVQ 4 Training + Long-Term Progression

We're working with an independent, well-established lift company based in the South West, currently looking to hire a dependable and experienced

Lift Technician

(or senior lift engineer) to support operations across the M3 and M4 corridors, including parts of Surrey and Berkshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid industry experience who is now looking for more responsibility and the potential to move into a leadership or management position in the future.

The role includes...

Acting as a lead engineer across the region Handling complex fault-finding and technical challenges Supporting service team with guidance and expertise Ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards

We're looking for someone who...

Is an experienced

lift engineer

with strong technical and diagnostic ability Holds NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent) Is open to gaining NVQ Level 4 (full training provided). NVQ 4 qualified candidates are welcome. Has a full UK driving licence Takes pride in their work and enjoys mentoring or supporting others
