We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Lifting Hire & Sale Representative to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in promoting, selling, and hiring our specialist lifting equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities

:

Proactive Sales Engagement

: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote suitable products and hire services. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new lines of business from within your territory.

Needs Assessment

: Use strong questioning skills to uncover customer requirements and provide tailored solutions for both hire and sale.

Product & Fleet Knowledge

: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and hire fleet, including features, pricing, and availability.

Customer Service

: Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales and hire process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Relationship

Building: Develop lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty.

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Cross-Selling/Up-Selling

: Recognise opportunities to offer complementary products or services.

Policy Compliance

: Adhere to all company sales, hire, and service procedures.

What We're Looking For:


Previous experience in the hire or lifting industry is highly desirable A LEEA qualification would be an advantage Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit targets Solid understanding of customer needs and solution selling A full UK driving licence
