Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lifting Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the job at hand.

Duties

Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity of tasks and objectives. Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance. Sell products and services while providing excellent customer service. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to foster growth. Organise store displays to maximise product visibility and appeal. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including reporting on sales metrics and inventory levels.

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervisory roles is essential. Strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Organisational skills to maintain an efficient workflow A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making is essential.
