Business planning, resource management
Customer liaison: Planning & prioritisation workstreams, relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and communications
Vendor/ supplier liaison
Support & supervise a team of experts, task allocation
Support desk management/ KPI Performance
Staff development, performance reviews, technical training
Resolve more complex issues/ incidents
Respect for your expertise
This is a highly important role within our Finance, Modernisation & Digital portfolio, which means you'll need:
Significant technical experience - Labware v8 development and deployment, testing & support in a regulatory/ public sector environment
Coding and troubleshooting LIMS Basic, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Oracle SQL
Azure fundamentals certification
Project/ change management experience
Management/supervisory experience to lead a team of technical specialists
