Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, along with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines Ensure all food production meets the required health and safety regulations Collaborate with other kitchen team members to create an enjoyable dining experience for guests

Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the hospitality industry Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and food preparation methods Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dishes that delight guests
