We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring seasonal ingredients are utilized effectively. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Supervise kitchen staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations. Participate in catering events as needed, showcasing culinary skills in various settings.

Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role within the food industry. Banquet and fine dining experience is highly desirable. Strong background in food production, preparation, and service management. Experience with inventory management and control processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team management and shift supervision. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
