Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and uphold store standards, including cleanliness, presentation, and safety regulations. Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and consistency in service quality. Conduct staff scheduling and manage workforce to meet operational needs. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and oversee stock replenishment. Implement store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Analyse business reports, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Drive sales growth through promotional activities and effective merchandising.

Person Specification:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in convenience stores. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse reports and make data-driven decisions. Well-organized with good time management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Pay: From 12.75 per hour
