We are recruiting for Fixed Night shift positions!

Rate: 13 + a shift premium of 20.7% on TOP of the hourly rate !

Rota example :

WK1: (Sun - Wed - Thur) Night (3 nights in total) - 06:00 - 18:00

WK2: (Mon-Tue-Wed-Sat) Night (4 nights in total) - 06:00 - 18:00

About the Role:

As a key member of our production team, you will:

Set up and adjust machinery during changeovers to ensure minimal downtime. Instruct and support Production Operatives to keep the line running smoothly. Complete SAP and production paperwork accurately. Provide cover for Team Leaders during breaks, holidays, and absences. Carry out Production Operative tasks when required. Always uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Material consumption control, garnish, wastage and traceability, scanning and paperwork completion including SAP/WMS, down time and OAL. Optimising machinery effectiveness, using standard settings, completing machinery set ups and assisting during breakdowns. Assisting with CCP checks
Your overall purpose is to maximise production effectiveness -- ensuring people, processes, and equipment work together to deliver excellent results.
