We are seeking to strengthen our team by recruiting a Line Supervisor to support our Production team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the carrot wash/parsnip line workflow to meet the orders

Become proficient with the camera grading system

Plan and prioritize workload to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime

Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

Stock management

Ensuring all related company procedures are adhered to

Keep paperwork up to date

Maintaining compliance with Health and Safety standards

Pro-Actively support continues improvement and lean manufacturing principles

Maintain a high standard of house keeping (5S)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in operating plant machinery within food production

Good standard of English and Maths

Adaptable and open to experience potential new workplace situations

WORKING HOURS

4 on 4 off shift pattern, working 40 hours per week, overtime available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.32 per hour
