The Opportunity



There is now an exciting opportunity for a Line Technician to join our Enfield Team. You will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient running, maintenance, changeover and troubleshooting of the production lines. You will be expected to champion a zero-accident culture, excellent focus on food safety, quality and to drive Westmill's key behaviours. You will play an active role in the delivery of department performance targets such as OEE, right first time (RFT), waste and yield. Once trained, you will also be expected to complete basic equipment condition monitoring, preventative maintenance duties and basic engineering repairs.

To be successful in your application, you must demonstrate that you can work both within a team and use your own initiative with a confident and collaborative approach combined with a strong, proactive work ethic and excellent communication skills. Having a strong sense of establishing great working practices and standards will be required in this role. You must have a flexible approach to our rotating shift pattern of AM shift (6am-3pm) and PM shift (3pm-11pm) Monday to Friday. At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift as well as at weekends. Full training will be provided.
