We are currently looking for a dedicated Porter to join our team in the hospitality industry. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our establishment, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings as needed
- Support the housekeeping team by removing trash, dirty linens, and used items from rooms
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to report any maintenance issues or repairs required
- Uphold high standards of customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
