As a Linen Porter you will make sure every floor is fully stocked and every guest has access to the fresh linen they need for a comfortable stay. You will support the housekeeping team by managing deliveries, inventories, and storage, while ensuring all areas are organised and presented to the highest standards.

You will:

Keep all floors fully stocked with linen to support the smooth running of housekeeping operations Respond promptly to guest requests with warmth and efficiency Receive, check, and store deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory records Monitor par levels and report ordering needs to the Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Coordinator Carry out quality checks on linen, ensuring only the best standards reach our guests Maintain order and cleanliness in storage areas, separating fresh and soiled linen at all times Support colleagues by covering related roles when needed Work collaboratively as part of the team, always reflecting Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
