Key Details:
Salary- 9561/year
Job term- Permanent, Term-time, 2 days per week, 40 weeks per year
Hours- 16 hours
Location- Based primarily around Shillingford, Crediton, and Tiverton, with travel required across all The Outdoors School sites.

About the Role:
We're looking for a Literacy & Numeracy Intervention Assistant to deliver impactful, one-on-one and small-group sessions that spark curiosity and growth. Working closely with SEN learners, you'll foster a positive and engaging environment, helping each student succeed both academically and personally.

Plan and deliver tailored literacy and numeracy sessions that make learning enjoyable and accessible for SEN students.
