What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting comprehensive case reviews and managing litigation procedures. Issuing Court Action and taking necessary steps, including judgment enforcement. Preparing and drafting court documents, including Reply to Defences, Witness Statements, Disclosures, Set Aside Hearings, and Court Bundles. Handling a varied caseload of small claims, fast/intermediate track, and multi-track claims. Representing clients in Mediations and Summary Judgment applications. Managing Statutory Demands and Winding Up Petitions. Negotiating settlements and engaging in dispute resolution. Providing guidance and training to Junior staff and Legal Administrative Staff. Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). Utilizing case management systems effectively.

What We're Looking For:

Strong Litigation Experience with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Confident Advocate - Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of CPR. Subject Matter Expert - Experience in energy debt litigation is an advantage. Ambitious & Motivated - Ready to take on leadership responsibilities in a growing legal team. Team Player - Willing to support colleagues and collaborate effectively. Target-Driven - Passionate about achieving and exceeding goals. Professional & Friendly - Always polite and respectful in communication.

Ideal Qualification:

Strong litigation experience, with the ability to work under minimal supervision. Confident advocate with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR). Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom. 3-7 years of experience in litigation consulting or paralegal roles Must be located in commutable distance to Croydon, England, United Kingdom
