Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced

Litigation Paralegal or Solicitor

to join our thriving Litigation Department.

Role 1 - Litigation Paralegals or Solicitors

You will manage your own caseload of litigated RTA claims, primarily focused on claimant credit hire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy, supportive team, with exposure to high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of Fast Track and Multi-Track litigated credit hire claims (with some Small Claims). Handling all aspects of litigation including liability and quantum disputes. Ensuring proactive file management and compliance with the firm's case management system. Progressing cases efficiently to settlement and ensuring prompt file closures. Working to court deadlines and firm service levels. Liaising with clients, credit hire providers, experts, and counsel.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in RTA/Personal Injury litigation (essential). Proven claimant credit hire litigation experience (essential). Strong understanding of liability and quantum issues. Experience in both Fast Track and Multi-Track claims (desirable). Familiarity with Proclaim (desirable). Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced

Pre-Litigation Paralegal

to join our dedicated Pre-Litigation Department.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of pre-litigated RTA claims, preparing cases for litigation, and handling all aspects of claimant portal work. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a supportive but fast-paced environment and is keen to progress their skills.

Key Responsibilities

Managing an individual caseload of approximately 180 claimant portal cases. Handling personal injury and vehicle damage claims from instruction through to litigation handover. Preparing medical evidence and documentation for litigation. Dealing with credit hire, recovery, storage, and liability issues. Using the firm's case management system to manage tasks and deadlines. Liaising with clients, insurers, experts, and credit hire providers.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in claimant RTA personal injury pre-litigation work (essential). Strong knowledge of the personal injury portal process. Experience handling credit hire claims (desirable). Familiarity with Proclaim (desirable). Excellent organisational and communication skills.
