We are working with a highly regarded law firm seeking a Litigation Executive (Non-Qualified) to join their specialist Debt Recovery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with litigation experience who is keen to build a career in a busy, supportive, and forward-thinking legal environment.

The Role:

As a Litigation Executive, you will handle your own caseload of debt recovery matters from instruction through to resolution. Duties will include:

Managing a varied caseload of debt recovery and enforcement matters. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court papers. Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, third parties, and the courts. Providing clear and timely legal advice to clients. Progressing matters efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm standards.

About You:

Previous experience in litigation, ideally within debt recovery. Strong knowledge of the civil litigation process. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload. IT literate and confident using case management systems.
