Elite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Paralegal to join their busy Litigation team based at their Blandford office.

About the role
This Litigation Legal Assistant role will allow the successful applicant to work on a varied workload that includes:
Experience in Property Litigation, particularly in work including landlord and tenant issues Preparing court forms and documents, producing court bundles Dealing with clients and third-party professionals by email, telephone and face to face Support with resolving disputes and managing litigation to achieve business objective Carrying out due diligence on large-scale portfolios Assist with general administration duties
The ideal candidate will have:
Legal Assistant/Paralegal experience is ESSENTIAL Strong organisation skills Able to work well using own initiative Confident telephone manner handling telephone enquiries from clients and third parties * Be proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel
