Conduct of matters for clients.
Assist in the preparation of cases up to and including trial /completion.
Assist in communications with clients both incoming and outgoing, and give any assistance possibly including providing updates.
Assist with communications with other solicitors , and professionals both incoming and outgoing , and give any assistance possibly including providing updates.
Drafting of correspondence and documents, including court forms and pleadings
Generally progressing files.
Assist any other fee earners as and when required.
Ensure the positive representation of the firm in all dealings with clients and others.
Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and anti-money laundering regulations when working on all matters.
Requirements
Law Graduate.
Experience of managing your own cases, including litigated cases, for which you have undertaken drafting of court forms and documents, is essential.
Experience in landlord and tenant disputes/matters is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
Able to demonstrate good time management and organisation skills.
IT literate.
Experience with case management systems.
A willingness to undertake further training and development
