This is a fantastic opportunity for a
Paralegal
to join a leading international law firm, renowned for its highly acclaimed and successful Litigation business.Working closely with a Senior Associate in the team, you will handle a variety of recoveries matters.
The
Recoveries Team
handle pre and post litigation work to recover damages of varying levels arising from road traffic accidents. Progressing claims through the Sheriff Court Simple Procedure or Ordinary Cause process. They act for a range of well-known motor insurers.The role will see you managing your own caseload of files with relevant support and training.
Desired criteria:
Litigation experience of claimant motor and motor recovery work Paralegal qualification Previous client contact Good organisational and time management skills Experience of negotiation Willingness to learn Good organisational and time management skills Good communications skills
