Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a Legal 500 recognised law firm in Liverpool. This is a full-time, permanent job offering a salary of 24,000 to 30,000 depending on experience. Based in the Liverpool office, this Litigation Paralegal job offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to develop within a highly regarded dispute resolution team. Ideal for someone with at least six months' experience in litigation or debt recovery, the position is predominantly office-based and provides a fantastic platform for career growth in commercial litigation.

About the Role

This Litigation Paralegal job will involve working alongside experienced litigators supporting on a broad range of commercial and debt recovery matters. The job offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to take real responsibility from an early stage.


Key responsibilities include:


Supporting on commercial litigation, contractual disputes and debt recovery cases Drafting legal documents, correspondence and court forms Managing case progression and client updates Conducting legal research and preparing case bundles Handling administrative duties to ensure case efficiency Working closely with fee earners and liaising with clients and third parties

About You

This job would suit a proactive and commercially aware individual who has already gained experience in a litigation environment. The firm is ideally looking for someone with previous experience in debt recovery or general commercial litigation. You'll be able to demonstrate:


At least 6 months' experience in a litigation or dispute resolution team Experience with debt recovery or volume litigation processes (preferred) A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines A strong work ethic and desire to progress your legal career
