We are supporting a successful and rapidly expanding law firm that is opening a new Manchester office due to significant growth. As part of this exciting expansion, the firm is seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals with solid PPI and/or PCP experience to join their team.
This role offers a rare opportunity to be part of a new office launch while benefiting from the backing of an established, well-respected legal practice. You'll work on a hybrid basis and manage a busy caseload of financial-mis-selling and consumer litigation matters, contributing directly to the development of the new Manchester base.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a caseload of PPI/PCP and financial-mis-selling claims
Drafting court documents, bundles, witness statements, and correspondence
Supporting solicitors throughout the litigation process
Conducting legal research and progressing files efficiently
Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams
Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent client care
Requirements:
Proven experience with PPI and/or PCP claims
Strong understanding of litigation procedures
Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
