We are seeking an experienced Litigation Practice Coordinator to support our litigation team through the proactive management of court diaries, procedural deadlines, and key time limits. This is a critical role within our award-winning litigation practice, ensuring compliance with court rules and supporting fee-earners in the effective and efficient running of contentious matters.
Working closely with partners and fee-earners, you will act as a central point of control for litigation timetables, ensuring all deadlines are accurately recorded, monitored, and met.
Key Responsibilities
Full responsibility for maintaining and monitoring litigation diaries, including court deadlines, limitation dates, and procedural timetables
Proactive tracking of key dates and time limits across multiple matters, with clear identification and escalation of risk
Liaising closely with fee-earners to ensure compliance with court rules and internal procedures
Coordinating filing deadlines, hearings, trials, and other procedural milestones
Supporting the preparation and organisation of court bundles and filings where required
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the firm's case and document management systems
Acting as a trusted point of contact for litigation scheduling, workflow, and deadline queries
Providing general practice coordination and administrative support to the litigation team as required
About You
Proven experience in a litigation support, Legal PA, or practice coordination role within a UK law firm
Strong understanding of litigation processes, court timetables, and the importance of deadline and risk management
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to remain calm under pressure
Confident managing multiple matters and competing priorities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with partners and fee-earners
High levels of discretion and professionalism
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
