About the Role



We're looking for a

Practice Coordinator

, the person who makes everything click.
Think of this as a Practice Manager with a lighter touch , less about compliance and spreadsheets, more about people, communication, and keeping the heartbeat of the practice strong, maintaining a positive working environment, whilst achieving daily/weekly/ monthly goals.

You'll be the glue that connects our clinicians, treatment coordinators, and front-of-house teams, making sure patients feel cared for, staff feel supported, and the practice runs like a dream.

What You'll Do



Be the day-to-day go-to for the team, keeping communication flowing and energy high Support clinicians and TCOs to ensure every patient journey is seamless Spot opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the overall patient experience Help coordinate schedules, team meetings, and practice initiatives Lead by example ; positive, calm, and solutions-focused Keep the practice buzzing with great teamwork, morale, and efficiency Liaise with the operations and leadership teams to support business growth Occasionally step in to support front-of-house or patient care where needed

What We're Looking For



Experience in a

dental or healthcare setting

(management or coordination roles ideal)

Excellent communication

and people skills - warm, approachable, and proactive Strong organisational skills : you love structure and follow-through Confidence using digital systems and tools (CRM, scheduling software, etc.) A natural motivator who brings out the best in others Someone who thrives in a busy, growing environment and loves variety Previous Dental practice experience Bonus points if you've worked in a multi-clinician or private practice
