We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of legal principles, enabling them to provide effective representation and advice to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach to managing cases and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Emphasis on property litigaion.Minimum 3 year PQE
Duties
Provide expert legal advice and representation in various areas of law, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes in all matters.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court submissions.
Research legal precedents and case law to support client cases effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on case developments.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Demonstrated experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal information.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
