Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Litigation Solicitor

to join our busy Litigation Department. The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients. This role offers excellent scope for progression within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a wide range of litigation matters, including civil disputes, contractual claims, debt recovery, landlord & tenant disputes, and commercial litigation. Provide clear and practical advice to clients on complex legal issues. Draft pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and case preparation for hearings and trials. Represent clients in court and at alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings. Liaise with counsel, experts, and other third parties. Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and firm policies. Contribute to business development and departmental growth.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2+ years PQE preferred, but all levels considered). Solid experience in civil and/or commercial litigation. Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Excellent communication and client care skills. Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and work effectively under pressure. Commitment to high professional and ethical standards. Must be available for a

full-time, office-based role

in Central London.
