Our Litigation Department handles diverse and challenging cases, offering practical, client-focused solutions with professionalism and integrity.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic

Litigation Solicitor

to join our team and handle a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of

civil, commercial, and property litigation

matters from inception to resolution. Draft, review, and file legal documents including

pleadings, witness statements, and court bundles

. Attend

court hearings, conferences, and mediations

where required. Provide sound legal advice to clients and maintain a high level of client care and confidentiality. Liaise effectively with counsel, experts, and other third parties. Ensure compliance with

SRA, AML, and firm policies

at all times. Support the senior solicitors and partners in complex litigation cases as needed. Maintain accurate time records and manage billing in accordance with firm procedures.

Areas of Work May Include:

Civil & Commercial Disputes Contractual Claims Property & Landlord-Tenant Litigation Debt Recovery & Enforcement Professional Negligence Employment Disputes (as applicable) Insolvency-Related Claims

Key Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with

1-3 years PQE

in litigation. Strong knowledge of

civil procedure rules (CPR)

and court processes. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Strong client communication and case management skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a busy environment. Experience using case management systems and digital filing tools.
