What we are looking for

As a Litigation Solicitor at LDS, you will manage a diverse caseload across commercial and contract disputes, property disputes, professional negligence, general litigation, and injunctions. We're looking for a tactical lawyer with excellent commercial skills, a diligent approach, and a robust attitude when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Advising clients strategically from the outset, drafting essential legal documents, and conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in litigation matters. Engaging in various dispute resolution methods like ADR & Mediation, negotiation, and arbitration, actively seeking efficient settlements. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and contributing to business development. Demonstrating high standards of client care, strong tactical and commercial skills, diligence, and excellent communication. Managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, prioritising urgent matters, and maintaining accurate records with exceptional attention to detail. Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends to provide proactive advice.
