We deal with residential and commercial property sales as well as having a robust legal department specialising in conveyancing, private client, family law and litigation.

Due to continued demand, we require an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join the Legal team in our Edinburgh Head Office. You will be joining a varied team of over 100 employees who all share the same passion for client care, however, you will have the benefit of working within a friendly, efficient team.

Main Responsibilities:

- To handle a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes in accordance with client protocols.

-Excellent relationship and client handling skills, being able to deal confidently and professionally with clients in order to gain and maintain their confidence.

-Receive and respond to requests for legal advice from current and potential clients and providing high quality, practical advice.

-Correspond with clients and other solicitors and liaise with Counsel and experts where appropriate.

Core working hours will be Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5.30pm, but flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Salary will be negotiable dependent on experience.
