Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Litigation Solicitor who can bring their own client following to the firm. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload, providing expert legal advice and representation in contentious matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop your own client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships. Provide high-quality legal advice and representation in litigation cases. Draft pleadings, statements of case, and other court documents. Attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings. Work collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Contribute to the growth and reputation of the firm through excellent client service.

Additional Opportunity:

There is scope for the successful candidate to buy into an established practice within the firm, should they have the appetite and ambition to do so.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with a strong background in litigation. Proven track record of managing and growing a personal client following. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 33,622.24-51,491.03 per year
