Litigation Solicitor
Job Description
My client is an esteemed law firm with over 200 years of history of proudly serving Yorkshire. With offices across the region, this respected firm is seeking a talented Litigation Solicitor to join the expanding team in York. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Litigation, able to offer expert advice across the full spectrum of Litigation and Dispute Resolution work.
Responsibilities:
- Handling client affairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to the firm\'s documented standards and procedures
- Attending court when necessary, representing clients as an advocate
- Preferably experienced in Commercial Property Litigation and Contentious Probate, although training can be provided if required
- Assisting in the firm\'s development, aligning with published business and departmental plans
- Independently managing a caseload
Skills:
- Outstanding communication skills are essential
- The candidate should possess the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
