Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Coach, with previous coaching experience to work at our classes in Kettering. You MUST be willing to travel in and around Leicester and should have previous experience of

planning and leading

children's activity sessions (not necessarily Football). Previous experience of coaching in a school or education setting would be ideal.

You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic, fun, and energetic personality with a passion for working with young children.

Working hours as follows with the possibility of more hours for the right candidate:

Saturday 8am - 12pm

Working for Little Kickers you will be responsible for leading fun football sessions for children aged 2.5 years to 8 years old. Working to session plans you will create an inclusive, fun and supportive environment in our sessions.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming children & parents to the classes Approaching all classes with energy and enthusiasm Complete venue checks and risk assessments Prepare venues for classes Record all injuries and accidents lead fun and engaging classes Build relationships with parents and children Be patient, supportive and encouraging to all children
As Lead Coach you will also:

Oversee class delivery at your venue Liaise regularly with your team Ensure all necessary policies and procedures are implemented Plan age appropriate session plans Manage the delivery and handout of our badge reward programme Complete basic admin and customer services tasks Direct and support your Assistant coach TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-17.00 per hour
