Live Commerce & Social Media Manager
to lead our Live sales strategy, oversee a team of presenters, and create content that excites and engages our audience.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in front of the camera and behind the scenes. You will be responsible for
hosting Live sales sessions
,
managing other live presenters
, and
creating compelling social media content
. Alongside this, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, tracking performance, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
Live Selling
Host regular Live sessions, showcasing products in an engaging way.
Manage, train, and schedule additional presenters to ensure consistent, high-quality live sessions.
Social Media Content Creation
Plan, create, and post engaging TikTok, Instagram, and other social content aligned with brand identity.
Stay up to date with trends to produce viral and creative content that drives traffic and sales.
Sales & Business Development
Track and record live sales data, preparing regular performance reports.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (collaborations, resale partnerships, influencer partnerships).
Develop strategies to maximise sales, audience engagement, and follower growth.
Team Leadership
Recruit, manage, and coach live presenters to deliver top performance.
Ensure the team represents the brand consistently and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong background in
social media content creation
(TikTok, Instagram, Reels).
Confident and charismatic on camera with excellent communication skills.
Sales-driven with strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
Experience managing a small team or freelancers (preferred).
Passion for sustainable fashion (a big plus!).
