We are looking for a motivated and experienced Live-In Manager to join us at The Red Lion.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong public relations skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. You'll be someone who is not afraid to get stuck in, can lead from the front, but also knows when to step back and take a managerial overview.
We're looking for a professional individual who is focused, committed, and able to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This role is perfect for someone who can see themselves running their own pub in the near future.
Key Responsibilities
Team leadership and motivation
Confident use of a zonal system
Stock control and ordering
Event planning and setup
Driving events and promotions (including social media)
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
